Matthew Nathan had a variety of different hairstyles during his career. He became famous as a world-class engineer. However, the British colonial administrator was particularly known for his unusual public appearances and his likable character. Before his passing at the age of 77 he was repeatedly in the spotlight of the press because of his superb hair and looks.
